Clients work with Kara in weekly, bi-weekly or monthly private 1 hour sessions for either 6 Month or 1 Year agreements.

In each private session, clients can bring their list of questions or topics. Kara will also bring a list of things to cover based on the client's goals, needs, and trajectory. A lot is covered in each call.

In addition to the private sessions, clients also have access to 10 Minute Check-in calls, text and email support, as well as templates, guides, and connections as needed.
