We live in a culture that tells people, women in particular, to doubt their instincts and intuition from a very early age. From our cultural response of "I'm fine" when we are not, to being told that adults or experts know best when they often do not, we're told to turn off and stop listening to our internal knowledge. However, when you ask successful and influential people about their journey, as we do on the Powerful Ladies Podcast, the overwhelming response is that there was a pivot point at which they started listening and trusting themselves.
We want to bridge the gap and share with you the tools to trust yourself now so that you can be in your full power. To do that we've brought together four amazing female panelists who have done brave things, trusted themselves and are actively building a powerful life on their terms.
